CDC Software Corporation (CDC Software) is a global provider of a suite of scalable enterprise software applications to customers in select industries, which it refers to as its targeted vertical industries. The Company’s principal enterprise software applications include enterprise and departmental solutions for process manufacturers, which include enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain management (SCM), manufacturing operations management, customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise performance management; vertical SCM applications for distribution companies with supply chains and distribution networks, and vertical CRM applications for industries characterized by product offerings, business relationships and sales processes. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation. In March 2008, it acquired a 51% stake in ISL Technologies Limited. In September 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of WKD Solutions Ltd.
