Cephas Holding Corp., formerly Legend Mobile, Inc., is a developer and marketer of branded mobile phone products, including faceplates, phone accessories, short message service (SMS) services and mobile data applications. Through its subsidiary Legend Credit, Inc. (which the Company owns 50%), the Company also develops and markets recorded entertainment programs related to mixed martial arts and combat sports. The Company has two subsidiaries, Legend Credit and Legend Studios, which do not have any business operations.
