Celulosa Argentina SA is an Argentina-based company principally involved in the paper and wood products industries. Its activities comprise the manufacture, distribution and sale of such products as writing and printing paper, drawing paper, colored paper, eucalyptus pulp and various kinds of wood panels, among others. The Company owns such subsidiaries as Casa Hutton SAC e I, Tissucel SA, Cartulinas Argentinas SA, Fabrica Nacional de Papel SA (FANAPEL), Forestadora Tapebicua SA, TC Rey SA and Fideicomiso Forestal I. Through its subsidiaries, the Company has operations established in Uruguay, Chile and Brazil. The Company’s facilities include two sawmills, two cellulose plants, three paper plants and one plant engaged in the production of wood panels. The Company’s products are exported to Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay, the United States and Venezuela.
