Description

Constantine Metal Resources Ltd. (Constantine) is a Canada-based exploration company. Constantine is engaged in the exploration and development of a polymetallic massive sulphide exploration property in Alaska known as the Palmer Property, its principal project, and a gold property in Ontario known as the Munro-Croesus property, which includes the pastproducing Croesus gold mine. The Company has three mineral properties: Palmer project, Alaska; Munro-Croesus project, Ontario, and Four Corner properties in Ontario. The Palmer project consists of a 340 federal claim property and 63 state claims that include a number of precious metals – enriched volcanogenic massive sulfide prospects. In February 2008 Constantine acquired the 65 claim Four Corners property, which will be explored as part of the Munro-Croesus project. In December 2008, Constantine acquired a 100% interest in 36 State claims adjacent to Constantine’s State claims.
