Vascular Solutions, Inc. is a medical device company, which creates minimally invasive medical devices and then delivers these products and services to physicians through its direct domestic sales force and its international distribution network. It offers products and services in three categories: Catheter products, which consist of catheters used in minimally invasive medical procedures for the treatment of vascular conditions, such as GuideLiner and Pronto extraction catheters and includes micro-introducer kits for gaining percutaneous access to the vasculature; Hemostat products, which consist of the D-Stat Dry hemostat to control surface bleeding, D-Stat Flowable for preventing bleeding in subcutaneous pockets, Accumed wrist positioning splints and Vasc Band inflatable compression bands, and Vein products, which consist of the Vari-Lase endovenous laser for the treatment of varicose veins and a reprocessing service for the ClosureFAST radiofrequency vein ablation catheter.
