The Company manages all of its operations, including Churchill Downs Racetrack (Churchill Downs) in Louisville, Kentucky, a thoroughbred racing operation; Arlington Park, a thoroughbred racing operation in Arlington Heights along with 11 off-track betting facilities (OTBs) in Illinois; Calder Race Course (Calder), a thoroughbred racing operation in Miami Gardens, Florida; Fair Grounds, a thoroughbred racing operation in New Orleans along with nine OTBs and a slot facility in Louisiana, and Video Services, Inc. (VSI), the owner and operator of more than 700 video poker machines in Louisiana.
