China Carbon Graphite Group, Inc. is a holding company, and all of its operations are conducted by its Chinese subsidiary, Xinghe Yongle Carbon Co., Ltd. (Yongle), and its affiliate, Xinghe Xingyong Carbon Co., Ltd. (Xingyong). Through Xingyong, the Company is engaged in the manufacture of carbon and graphite products. The Company’s main products are graphite electrodes, fine grain graphite and high purity graphite. The Company also owns Talent International Investment Limited (Talent).
