Description

Charm Communications Inc. is an advertising agency in China. The Company offers a range of advertising agency services from planning and managing the advertising campaigns to creating and placing the advertisements, and engages in media investment management through identifying, securing and selling of advertising resources. With agency arrangements with three television channels, Shanghai Dragon Television, Tianjin Satellite Television and Hubei Provincial Economic Television, and four programs on China Central Television and an agency agreement with Beijing Gehua Cable Network to operate digital media advertising on its interactive high definition television digital cable platform, it has established a television media investment management business in China. It operates in three segments: media investment management, advertising agency and branding and identity services. In June 2010, it acquired all the outstanding equity interests of O�Master Communications (Hongkong) Ltd.
