China Voice Holding Corp. (CHVC) is a diversified telecommunications company. The Company operates in two countries: the United States and China. CHVC, through its subsidiaries, offers network design and international office-automation software and technology services to third party customers and government agencies in the People’s Republic of China. The Company provides voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) telephone services, office automation, wireless broadband, unified messaging, video conferencing, mobility services, and other advanced voice and data services. On January 29, 2009, the Company sold its six subsidiaries, which it had operated in the United States in the telecommunications services, calling card distribution and advanced hardware distribution segments.
