The Children’s Internet, Inc. (TCI) is a development stage company. As of December 31, 2007, had no significant revenues. TCI is authorized to conduct business in California. The Company markets, sells, and administers a secure Internet service and safe online community for children. The system, known as The Children’s Internet, is not owned by the Company, but is owned by a related party, Two Dog Net, Inc. (Two Dog Net or TDN). The Children’s Internet offers access to pre-selected and pre-approved educational and entertaining age appropriate Web pages, as well as secure e-mail, homework help, games, news, super-portals to learning activities and educational resources within a protected online environment.
