SEACOR Holdings Inc. (SEACOR) owns, operates, invests in and marketing equipment, in the offshore oil and gas and marine transportation industries. SEACOR has six business segments: Offshore Marine Services, Marine Transportation Services, Inland River Services, Aviation Services, Environmental Services and Commodity Trading. The Company also has activities that are referred to under Other, which includes Harbor and Offshore Towing Services, various other investments in joint ventures and lending and leasing activities. It operates a fleet of offshore support vessels and helicopters servicing oil and gas exploration, development and production facilities and a fleet of tankers that transport petroleum, chemicals and crude products in the United States domestic or coastwise trade.
