Checkpoint Systems, Inc. is a multinational manufacturer and marketer of identification, tracking, security and merchandising solutions for the retail industry. The Company provides supply chain solutions to brand, track, and secure goods for retailers and consumer product manufacturers worldwide. Checkpoint Systems is a provider of electronic article surveillance (EAS) systems and tags using radio frequency (RF) and electromagnetic (EM) technology, source tagging security solutions, secure merchandising solutions using RF and acoustic-magnetic (AM) technology, branding tags and labels for apparel, retail display systems (RDS), and hand-held labelling systems (HLS), primarily in Europe. The Company also provides and installs closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems for the retail environment in the United States. Its labelling systems and services are designed to consolidate tag and label requirements to provide solutions for customers across many markets and industries.
