During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company acquired the remaining 50% interest in GR SA, its 50% owned Brazilian joint venture. In fiscal 2008, the Company also sold its share of Radhakrishna Hospitality Services Private Ltd and SHRM Food and Allied Services Private Ltd, its Indian joint ventures. In January 2009, the Company announced the acquisition of KIMCO Corporation.
