Equity One PLC is a Sri Lanka-based property development company. The Company is engaged in letting of office and warehouse space for commercial purposes, and the development of residential and commercial units for sale. It has three segments: property rental, property development and management services. The property rental sector of the Company owns and manages a portfolio of properties in prime locations in the city of Colombo, comprising two office complexes and one warehouse complex. Some of its subsidiaries include Equity Three (Private) Limited, Equity Five Limited, Equity Developers (Private) Limited, Equity Property Developers (Private) Limited, Equity Nine (Private) Limited and Carsons Real Estate Management Services (Private) Limited.
