Cousins Properties Incorporated (Cousins) is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). Cousins Real Estate Corporation (CREC) is an entity wholly owned by Cousins. Cousins, CREC, Cousins TRS Services LLC (CTRS) and their subsidiaries (collectively, the Company) develop, acquire, lease, manage and own primarily Class A office properties and opportunistic mixed-use developments in Sunbelt markets with a focus on Georgia, Texas and North Carolina. It operates its business in four segments: Office, Retail, Land and Other. The Company's portfolio of real estate assets consists of interests in approximately 15.7 million square feet of office space, 80,000 square feet of retail space and 404,000 square feet (443 units) of apartments. It has ownership interests in various properties, including Greenway Plaza, Post Oak Central, 2100 Ross Avenue, 816 Congress and Promenade, among others. Its portfolio includes around 16 operating office properties.
