Canadian Quantum Energy Corporation is engaged in the exploration for and the development, production and acquisition of petroleum and natural gas reserves primarily in Eastern Canada. Cameron Petroleum Inc. is an operator of the certain wells, in which the Company has a working interest. The Company has holdings in four permits in the St. Lawrence Lowlands Utica Shale Fairway.
