The Merchandising Systems segment consists of two groups: Vending Solutions and Payment Solutions. The Fluid Handling segment consists of the Crane Valve Group (Valve Group), Crane Pumps & Systems and Crane Supply. The Controls segment consists of Barksdale, Dynalco, Azonix Crane Environmental and Crane Wireless Monitoring Solutions. In December 2008, the Company acquired Friedrich Krombach GmbH & Company KG Armaturenwerke and Krombach International GmbH. Krombach is a manufacturer of specialty valve flow solutions for the power, oil and gas, and chemical markets.
