CSG Systems International, Inc. (CSG) is a provider of software and services-based customer interaction management solutions. The Company provides outsourced customer interaction management solutions to the cable and direct broadcast satellite (DBS) companies, which represented approximately 88% of its revenues during the year ended December 31, 2008. The Company’s solutions support a number of other industries, such as financial services, utilities, telecommunications, healthcare and home security. In April 2008, CSG acquired DataProse, Inc., (DataProse). On December 31, 2008, the Company acquired Quaero Corporation.
