Cellceutix Corporation, formerly EconoShare, Inc., is an early-stage developmental biopharmaceutical company. The Company has acquired exclusive rights to seven different pharmaceutical compound candidates that are designed for treatment of diseases which exist, or may exist in the future. The Company’s lead product candidate, Kevetrin is being developed to treat certain cancers. The Company has conducted pre-clinical studies in lung cancer, head and neck cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer. Several of these studies have involved cell lines that are resistant to standard drugs.
