AAER Inc. (AAER) is engaged in the manufacturing, distributing and maintaining high capacity wind turbines of one megawatt (MW) or more in North America, France and the United Kingdom. The products manufactured by the Company include A-1000 model, A-1500 model, A-1650 model and A-2000 model. The A-1000 model is a stall-controlled one megawatt three-blade wind turbine with fixed blades. The A-1500 model is a three-blade wind turbine equipped with full span pitch control and a transmission system with integrated main shaft and main bearings. The A-1650 model is a 1.65 MW, three-blade wind turbine equipped with full span pitch control and a transmission system with integrated main shaft and main bearings. The A-2000, a two-megawatt wind turbine, has a variable ratio superposition gear system (SPG) with a synchronous generator and can be integrated to North American networks. On April 14, 2008, AAER announced the creation of its wholly owned subsidiary AAER USA, Inc.
