The Black Bear II Property consists of four mineral claim blocks comprising 48 units (1,920 acres) located in the Black Bear area, Red Lake District, Kenora Mining Division, Province of Ontario. The Company acquired a 100% interest in three claim blocks covering 13,538 hectares in the east central Athabaska Basin in northern Saskatchewan.
