American Manganese Inc. is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of interests in mineral resource projects in British Columbia, Canada and Arizona, USA. The Company�s exploration projects, such as Rocher Deboule property, Lonnie property, Pond property, Black Prince, SoCal property and Artillery Peak project. The Rocher Deboule property consists of mineral claims covering 10,230 hectares near Hazelton, British Columbia. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Rocher Deboule property. The Lonnie property is a niobium exploration property which covers 3,477 hectares in the Omineca mining division of British Columbia. The Pond property is a magnesium exploration property and covers 913 hectares located in the Golden mining division of British Columbia. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2012, the Company entered into four agreements to acquire a 100% 124 acres of patented claims adjacent to the other Artillery claims.
