ATW Gold Corp. (ATW), formerly ATW Venture Corp., is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company, with one gold producing property. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of precious and base metal bearing properties. The Company hold’s a 100% interest in the Burnakura and the Gullewa Gold Mine located in Western Australia. The Burnakura Gold Project consists of 58.8 square kilometers of mining leases and prospecting licenses, and a 160,000 tons per annum (450 tons per day) carbon in leach (CIL) gold plant. The project covers 12 kilometers of prospective strike length along an auriferous shear zone and mesothermal gold system. The Gullewa project is located in the Yalgoo mineral field of Western Australia, about 300 kilometers southwest of the Company's 100%-owned Burnakura gold mine. The project consists of 29 contiguous mining tenements covering 535 square kilometers, containing upward of 850,000 gold equivalent ounces.
