Brazilian Gold Corporation (Brazilian Gold), formerly Red Dragon Resources Corp., is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in the Tapajos region of Northern Brazil. The Company owns a portfolio of road accessible, grass-roots to advance stage gold projects. The Tapajos Mineral Province (TMP) covers an area of approximately 125,000 square kilometers in the eastern part of Amazonas state and the northern part of Mato Grosso state. The Company�s projects include Rea Project, Boa Vista Property, Tapajos Regional Gold Project , Batistao Project, Colider project and Ouro Mil Project. The Company holds a 51% interest in the Boa Vista Project. The Company owns 100% of the project, subject to a 1% NSR to Talon Metals Corp. for production from any of the 10 exploration concessions. On August 10, 2011, the Company signed a definitive Option Agreement with Talon Metals Corp (Talon) to acquire a 100% interest in a regional property package in the Tapajos Mineral Province.
