Kria Resources Ltd., formerly Beartooth Platinum Corporation, is a development-stage company engaged in the process of exploring its mineral properties. The Company’s mineral properties include Stillwater Complex, Montana; Doornfontein Property, South Africa, and Idaho Gold Properties. The Stillwater Complex is a platinum group metals target, which is located in the Stillwater and Sweetgrass counties, Montana. The Company has an option letter agreement with Lenaka Mining (Pty) LMP Ltd. (Lenaka) to acquire a 70% interest in the Doornfontein property in South Africa. The Idaho Gold Properties (IGP) consisted of certain properties and was subject to various underlying agreements and commitments. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company had not generated revenue and has not commenced commercial production on property. In July 2009, Beartooth Platinum Corporation acquired Kria Resources Inc.
