Colonial Coal International Corporation (Colonial), formerly Ananda Capital Corp., is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company. The Company is principally engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of coal properties. As of July 31, 2010, the Company held a 100% interest in 13 coal licenses, which is called the Huguenot property, located in the Liard Mining Division, northeastern British Columbia. The Company has made application for coal licenses covering an area of 11,550 hectares commonly referred to as the Flatbed property located in the Liard Mining Division, northeastern British Columbia. The Company has also made application for additional coal licenses covering an area of 1,125 hectares in respect of this property. The Company�s wholly owned subsidiary is 0735513 B.C. Ltd. On October 7, 2010, the Company and Ananda Capital Corp completed a reverse takeover transaction.
