Cue Resources Ltd. (Cue) is primarily engaged in the acquisition and exploration of uranium properties. The Company’s primary business activities are the identification, acquisition, evaluation and exploration of mineral properties, particularly those with the potential to host uranium deposits. The Company is in the process of exploring and developing its mineral properties and as of April 30, 2009, it had not determined whether the properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable.
