Crazy Horse Resources Inc. is an exploration stage-company. The Company engages principally in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. The Company�s property includes Taysan Property. Taysan is a porphyry copper-gold project. The Taysan Project is located on the south western segment of the island of Luzon in the province of Batangas, 100 kilometers south of Manila. The Project consists of 11,254 hectares of exploration tenements containing a copper-gold porphyry deposit (the Taysan Deposit). The Company�s wholly owned subsidiaries include Crazy Horse Resources (BVI) Holdings Inc., Crazy Horse Resources (BVI) Philippines Inc. and Asian Arc Mining Resources Corp (Asian Arc). Asian Arc holds a 40% interest in each of Lupang Barako Development Inc. (LBDI) and Taysan Port Corp. (Taysan Port).
