European Uranium Resources Ltd., formerly Tournigan Energy Ltd., is a uranium exploration and development company. As of March 1, 2012, the Company had a portfolio of uranium projects in Slovakia, Sweden and Finland at all stages of the exploration /development pipeline. The flagship property is the Kuriskova project in Slovakia. The Company acquired seven uranium properties located in Sweden and Finland from Mawson Resources Ltd. The Company holds 100% interest in six uranium licenses covering 151.8 square kilometers within the 60-kilometer strike length of the Slovak Carpathian uranium belt. On February 29, 2012, the Hotagen, Duobblon, Kapell and Aronsjo projects in Sweden and the Riutta, Asento and Nuottijarvi projects in Finland.
