Colt Resources Inc. is a junior mining exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral property interests. The Company�s mining properties are located in Portugal and Canada. The Company�s Portuguese mining interests include Montemor Gold Property, which includes Boa Fe Property and Montemor-o-Novo Property; Armamar-Meda Property: Penedono Property; Moimenta-Almendra Property; Santa Margarida do Sado Property, and Cedovim Property. The Company�s Canadian mining interests include Extra High Mineral Property and Gaspesie Properties. On November 3, 2011, the Company announced it had earned 100% of the experimental mining license for the Boa Fe Gold Project. The Cedovim exploration concession was granted on November 2, 2011. On August 24, 2011, the Company through its subsidiary, ColtInvestco SGPS, acquired 100% interests of QSPA Sociedade Viticola Unipessoal Lda. (QSPA).
