Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (Grizzly) is a Canada-based development-stage company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of diamonds and industrial metals on properties in Alberta and precious metals on properties in British Columbia. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company conducted a five hole core drilling program totaling 1,364 meters at the Overlander and P5 targets at the Company�s Greenwood gold project. During fiscal 2012, the Company drilled two holes at the Overlander target to test two separate gold in soil anomalies coincident with electromagnetic anomalies. A package of basalts, feldspar porphyrys, limestone, and mudstone along with weak skarn mineralization was intersected in both holes at the Overlander target.
