Imperial Ginseng Products Ltd, is engaged in cultivating and selling ginseng. The Company�s core business is cultivating and processing ginseng in Ontario and selling ginseng to wholesalers in Asia and Canada through distributors. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company harvested 109 acres of ginseng and produced a total of 190000 puonds of root, yielding approximately 1, 750 pounds per acre. The Company has one subsidiary, Canadian Imperial Ginseng Ontario Ltd (CIGO). In fiscal 2012, the Company planted 91 acres of ginseng.During fiscal 2012, the Company sold its harvest totaling 213,000 pounds. In fiscal 2012, CIGO acquired a ginseng processing facility. In fiscal 2012, the Company planted 91 acres of ginseng.
