Iron Creek Capital Corp. is a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of precious and base metals projects in Chile. The Company�s properties include Victoria Joint Venture Property, Pampa Sur Property, Pampa Buenos Aires Property, Magallanes Project and Exploradora Property. The Victoria Joint Venture Property covers 48,404 hectares and is prospective for porphyry copper deposits and precious metals deposits. The Company owns 100% of the Pampa Sur Project, which consists of 38 exploration concessions. The Pampa Buenos Aires Joint Venture Property encompasses 31,042 hectares and covers more than 20 kilometers of continuous strike length of the prospective Dominador Fault Zone. The Company owns 100% of the Magallanes Project which consists of seven exploitation concessions located in the Antofagasta region of Northern Chile.
