Klondike Gold Corp. (Klondike Gold) is a junior exploration company with no revenues from mineral producing operations. The Company’s principal activities include acquiring mineral properties and conducting exploration programs. The Company is in the process of exploring its mineral properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The Company entered into an option agreement for the Red Point property located in Trail Creek Mining Division, British Columbia consisting of 12 mineral claims. The Company completed a drill program on the Irishman property and together with its joint venture partner Chalice Diamond Corp. entered into an agreement on its Josephine property. The Moyie West Block comprises the Payday, Payday North, and Irishman properties. The Company entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Indigo Property, located in Nelson Mining District in southeastern British Columbia.
