Northern Vertex Mining Corp., formerly Northern Vertex Capital Inc., is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties principally located in the United States and Canada. The Company�s properties include Moss Property and Copley Gold Property. The Moss Gold Silver property is located in Arizona�s historic Oatman Mining District, which has produced over two million ounces of gold principally from high-grade underground operations. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company completed approximately 94,721 feet of infill and resource definition drilling within its phase I and II programs on Moss. The Copley Property (Copley) covers 4,475 hectares and is located 30 kilometers south of the town of Fraser Lake. In February 2013, it closed the sale and subsequent share transfer of its 51% interest in the Lemhi Gold Trust, LLC (the Lemhi JV) to Idaho State Gold Company, LLC (ISGC).
