Noble Metal Group Incorporated is involved in the exploration and development of its mineral properties for precious and base metals located in the Cariboo Mining Division of British Columbia. The property consists of 438 Units (27,057 acres) of hard rock mineral claims. The Company’s properties include Cariboo Placer property and Cariboo Mineral claims. In the Cariboo placer property, raw materials are processed through the primary field plant and reduced to a raw material concentrate. The black sands recovered are stored by the Company. Black sands are known to carry rare earths and metals such as platinum, palladium and rhodium. The Cariboo mineral claims completed the geochemical soil sampling survey in the upper and lower Weaver Creek area. A total of 1190 samples were collected and shipped for analysis. Its wholly owned subsidiary is Noble Hydrocarbons Alta Ltd. (NHA). NHA holds a total of 66,427 hectares oil shale exploration lands.
