Alter Nrg Corp is a Canada-based company engaged in marketing and selling plasma gasification technology and invests in alternative energy projects using gasification and gasification related technology to create saleable energy products. The Company has four market divisions: Waste-To-Energy Division, Power Plant Retrofit Division, Petroleum Coke Division, and Coal-To-Liquids Division. The Company has two reportable segments: Corporate Operations and Project Development and Plasma Technology Sales and Services. In September 2008, the Company closed the acquisition of a project site in Bruderheim, Alberta. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Corporation sold one of its non-core coal resource properties. In October 2009, the Company acquired CleanEnergy Developments Corp.
