Rock Tech Lithium is a Canada-based exploration company focused on developing its lithium and graphite projects in Canada. The Company’s focus is on developing the Georgia Lake lithium and rare metals project in Northwestern Ontario. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Georgia Lake lithium project, which consists of approximately 90 leases and 90 claims covering 12,681 hectares. It had an indicated resource estimate of 3.19 million tons grading 1.10% lithium oxide and an inferred resource estimate of 6.30 million tons at 1.00% lithium oxide. The Lochaber graphite property is comprised of 32 mineral claims, covering 1,922.75 hectares in the Buckingham Region of Lochaber Township, 45 kilometers to the northeast of Gatineau, Quebec. For its Lochaber Graphite Property, Quebec, the Company entered into an agreement with Great Lakes Graphite Inc. to sell a 100% interest in the Lochaber graphite property.
