Rock Tech Lithium Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company holding 100% interests in the Georgia Lake lithium project in the Thunder Bay Mining District of Ontario and the Lochaber graphite project in the Buckingham region of Quebec. The Company's Georgia Lake project consists of approximately 90 leases and 90 claims covering 12,681 hectares. As of March 31, 2013, the Company had an indicated resource estimate of 3.19 million tons grading 1.10% lithium oxide and an inferred resource estimate of 6.30 million tons at 1.00% lithium oxide. As of March 31, 2013, the Company had completed over 7,000 meters of drilling and 23 drill holes and seven trenches in the Lochaber Graphite Property, Buckingham, Quebec. The assay results in the Lochaber Graphite Property demonstrated graphite mineralization, including 111 meters of 3.22% graphite, 127.52 meters of 2.21% graphite, 106 meters of 2.84% graphite and 91.71 meters of 2.36% graphite.
