Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (Rock Tech) is an exploration-stage company. The Company has lithium land package in North America, holding 100% interest in the Georgia Lake project in the Thunder Bay Mining District of NW Ontario, the Kapiwak project in the James Bay region of northern Quebec and the Lacorne project in the Val d�Or Mining District of eastern Quebec. In addition to its lithium properties, Rock Tech has a 100% interest in a titanium-iron-vanadium property in the Saint-Urbain area near the St. Lawrence Seaway in eastern Quebec and a nickel-copper-platinum group elements-uranium property in the Sibley Basin area near Nipigon, Ontario. It owns a 100% interest in 376 claims located in the James Bay area of northern Quebec. The Company owns a 100% interest in 164 mineral claims located approximately 40 kilometers north of Val d'Or. As of December 31, 2011, the Company held 17 claims covering 3,968 hectares of a uranium prospect.
