Sennen Potash Corporation, formerly Sennen Resources Ltd., is a natural resource company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. On May 12, 2011, the Company acquired Chelsea Minerals Corporation (Chelsea). Chelsea�s principal asset is an option (the Option) with North Arrow Minerals Inc. (North Arrow) to acquire a 60% interest in North Arrow�s Hope Bay Oro project (Oro) located at Hope Bay on the Arctic coast in Western Nunavut. The 10,000 acre Oro property adjoins the Doris North mine property being brought into production by Hope Bay Mining Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation), and covers the northern 10 kilometers of the prolific 80 kilometers long Archean Hope Bay Greenstone belt. In July 2011, a 1,500 meter diamond drilling program commenced targeting the Ida Point prospect and the Elu Shear zone.
