Tarsis Resources Ltd. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. It has properties in the Yukon Territory of Canada (the Canadian Properties) and in Southern Mexico (the Mexican Property). The Cord property consists of mineral claims located in eastern-central Yukon northeast of the Goz Creek property. The Dawson Gold property is located near Dawson City, Yukon adjacent to the border with Alaska. The White River property is located in the Yukon at the western end of the Nisling Range, within the Tintina Gold Belt, adjacent to the Alaska Highway and about 400 kilometers northwest of Whitehorse. The Burns Property is located in the western Yukon approximately 50 kilometers north of Haines Junction. On December 9, 2010, it acquired 100% of the Rosie Property. On February 16, 2011, it acquired 100% interest in 36 claims named the Burns Property. On June 1, 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in the Rogue Property.
