Triex Minerals Corporation (Triex) is focused on the acquisition and exploration of uranium properties. As of July 31, 2009, the Company holds interests in 11 mineral exploration properties. The properties are located in three geological districts in North America, namely the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan, the Hornby Bay Basin in Nunavut and northwestern Alaska in the United States. The Company’s operations also include McArthur River/Key Lake; McClean Lake and Rabbit Lake/Eagle Point. The Company has seven properties in Athabasca basin, which include Pasfield lake, Stony road, Mann lake, Riverlake, Highrock, Wollaston NE and West Carswell. The Company’s Hornby Bay Basin project, holds three properties in the region totaling some 51,210 hectares: Mountain Lake, including the Mountain Lake uranium deposit; Dismal Lake, and Kendall river.
