Vantex Resources Ltd. is a junior gold exploration company focused on the gold producing province of Quebec. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company�s mineral properties includes the Guillet and Ortona properties, the Santa Anna property, the Anna property, the Galloway project, the Renault Bay property, the Cookie Monster property and the Urban-Barry property. The Ortona property consists of 17 claims situated in the Guillet canton, near the Guillet property. The Renault Bay property consists of 10 claims that are situated in the Dasserat canton, nearby the Galloway project properties. As of October 31, 2011, the Company held 100% interest in the Sandborn, Perron, Francoeur and Cadillac Rang III properties and a 90% interest in the Hurd et Ogima-Nord properties. In August 2011, the Company acquired the Cookie Monster mining property (28 claims).
