Yellowhead Mining Inc. (Yellowhead), formerly Four Points Capital Corp., is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company's primary business is the exploration and development of mineral claims at its wholly owned Harper Creek property (the Harper Creek Project). The Harper Creek Project is a large copper-gold-silver project located in south-central British Columbia, approximately 150 kilometers by highway from Kamloops and it has a total of 131 mineral tenures covering 42,636.484 hectares. On November 9, 2010, Four Points Capital Corp. completed the amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary, 0887988 B.C. Ltd., with Yellowhead. Subsequently, it changed its name to Yellowhead. In November 2011, it purchased Weyerhauser Company Limited sawmill property in Vavenby, British Columbia.
