Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. is a Canada-based junior exploration company. The Company is engaged in exploring mining projects and holds an interest in exploration licenses on properties in the Arc of Fire area in Northern Ontario, Canada, including the Albany Project. It is exploring for copper-nickel-platinum group metal (PGM) deposits in Northern Ontario. Its primary assets consist of the Company�s interest in the Claims, which is located north of Lake Superior and west of James Bay in north-western Ontario, Canada. These Claims consist of 28 groups of claims, 468 claims and 7,356 claim units, totaling 1,176.96 square kilometers and 117,696 hectares. As of March 31, 2010, the Company focused on the exploration of these Claims. As of March 31, 2010, it held a 25% interest in the Albany Project. On November 2, 2010, the Company entered an agreement with Cliffs Canada, Cliffs and EGC to acquire an additional 55% undivided interest in the Claims.
