Alexander Nubia International Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties in the Egypt. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Alexander Nubia Inc. (ANI) whose principal business activities are the exploration for, pre-production and development of mineral properties in the Egypt. The Company holds two exploration concessions: Abu Marawat and Fatiri, which cover areas of 1,027 kilometer square and 1,745 kilometer square, respectively. The Abu Marawat Concession and the Fatiri Concession are held through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Alexander Nubia Resources Inc. and Alexander Nubia Mining Inc. The principal focus of the Company is the Abu Marawat gold and copper property and the Hamama gold-zinc deposit at the Abu Marawat Concession. As of September 26, 2011, the Company had completed 62 diamond drill holes at Abu Marawat Property for a total of 12,480 meters.
