ABE Resources Inc., formerly Abitex Resources Inc., is a mineral resources exploration company. During the fiscal year ended August 31, 2010, the Company focused its activities on exploration and development of its uranium properties located in the Otish Mountains of northern Quebec. As of August 31, 2010, the Company�s properties include Lavoie, Epsilon, Jolin, Jeremie, St. Stephen, Vermont Zinc and Lac Barry. The Lavoie property is located in the Otish Mountains region of Quebec, approximately 340 kilometers northeast of the mining town of Chibougamau. The property consists of 15 claims covering 780 hectares. Epsilon uranium property is located in the Otish Mountains region of Quebec. The property consists of 102 claims covering 5,352 hectares and is located 10 kilometers west of the Lavoie property. The Jolin gold property consists of 57 claims. The St. Stephen property comprises 129 claims covering approximately 2,064 hectares.
