Admiral Bay Resources Inc. (Admiral Bay) is a Canada-based gas production company. Admiral Bay is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and gas reserves in the United States. As of July 20, 2010, the prospects owned included Shiloh in Allen county, Devon and Ft Scott in Bourbon County, Mound Valley in Nabette county, and Thayer in Wilson and Neosho counties. The Company�s oil and gas property include the Kansas Cherokee Basin (Thayer). The Kansas Cherokee Basin is located in Wilson and Neosho counties. As of July 31, 2010, the Company�s remaining oil and gas properties consist of a 100% working interest in the Ft. Scott prospect. In August 2009, Admiral Bay sold mineral rights in the Bartlesville Sandstone acreage. In August 2009, the Company sold 50% of the Bourbon County Pipeline, LLC partnership (BCPL) to a private company.
