Amerix Precious Metals Corporation (Amerix) is a junior resource company involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2012, The Company has interests in two mineral properties located in Brazil. The Company owns 100% interest in Limao Gold Property.The Company holds the exploration licenses to the Limao Gold Property (Limao property) and holds a 2.5% Net Smelter Return Royalty (NSR) interest in the southern Ouro Roxo properties. The Limao project is situated in the Tapajos Gold Province in Central Brazil and consists of several exploration licenses totaling 11,500 hectares. The Limao property is consists of two exploration concessions held by the Company�s wholly owned subsidiary, Mineracao Vila Porto Rico Ltda. (MVPR).
