ATAC Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company engaged in the business of exploring for metals and minerals with a focus on gold. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had interests in 23 mineral properties in Yukon Territory, and one property in each of British Columbia and the Northwest Territories. The Golden Revenue property consists of two drill targets (Discovery and Nucleus Zones). The Arn, Panorama and Nikki properties are all located in Yukon Territory. The Arn property hosts gold-copper skarn zones; the Panorama property is a gold prospect, and the Nikki property covers a porphyry gold-copper system. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Arn, Panorama and Nikki properties.
